Full Refund Policy
DW's Home Inspection Services
Effective Date: May 15 2025
1. Purpose
At DW's Home Inspection Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality and reliable home inspection services. We understand that trust is essential in our industry, and we aim to provide peace of mind with every inspection. This Full Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which a client may be eligible to receive a full refund for services rendered.
2. Eligibility for Full Refund
A full refund will be granted under the following conditions:

Client Cancellation (With Notice):
The client cancels the scheduled inspection at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. -
Service Not Rendered:
The inspection was not conducted due to company-related reasons (e.g., inspector no-show, scheduling error, equipment failure). -
Dissatisfaction Due to Performance Issues:
If the client is unsatisfied with the quality or completeness of the inspection and:-
Provides a detailed written complaint within 3 business days of the inspection,

Grants DW's Home Inspection Services the opportunity to address and remedy the issue within 5 business days, and
-
The issue is deemed valid upon internal review by management.

Duplicate Payment or Billing Error:
The client was mistakenly charged more than once or for services not received.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

The client cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection.

The client fails to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

Dissatisfaction due to issues outside the inspector’s scope of responsibility or control (e.g., concealed damages, items not accessible during the inspection).

The client has already received and used the inspection report without formally notifying DW's Home Inspection Services of any complaints within the allowed timeframe.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, clients must submit a written request by email to [insert email] or via our website contact form. The request should include:

Client name and contact information

Property address
-
Date of inspection

Reason for refund request

Any supporting documentation or photos, if applicable
All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
5. Right to Deny Refunds
DW's Home Inspection Services reserves the right to deny a refund if the request is found to be fraudulent, abusive, or does not comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
6. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated or amended at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the refund policy prior to scheduling services.
